Detailed User Profile Search?

I am new to EasySocial and just completed an initial installation. I do have experience with JomSocial and CB. I modified a User Profile and added many new fields. When I then went to install a search form with filtering on certain profile items, I discovered that this does not yet exist? Am I mistaken? I looked through the forum and saw some discussion of an Advanced Search form becoming available in an upcoming release. If yes, when do you expect this release to become available? Without the detailed search capability, EasySocial is worthless for my particular needs. Please advise.
