1) I created a new Page Workflow, "Page Workflow - Breeders by State and Breed"
2) I set the default value in the workflow to, Oklahoma Breeders for"
2) I created a new Page Category, "Breeders by State and Breed"
3) I I set the workflow to "Page Workflow - Breeders by State and Breed"
4) I started to create a new page and selected the category, "Breeders by State and Breed"
5) The default value for the Page Title" did not appear.
