Default Font Sizes

Is there a setting somewhere to adjust the base/default font size? I think the font type Im using must be small, because in most cases you have a default font size of 11px or 12px. Ffor example: div#es-wrap is font-size 12px, and then you have a bunch of stuff set at font-size 11px, for example:

.es-dashboard .es-container .es-sidebar .es-nav-stacked a, div#es-wrap .es-stream-content, etc. I realize that these are easy to override with CSS, but it would be nice if there were some default setting to increase the font-size globally.
