Dashboard Application Filters

I turned off Achievements/Badges system in the backend settings and it should have disappeared in the Dashboard Application filters but it still showing up.

Also, the filter Sign-ins should also disappear if the Setting to show Sign-ins in Stream is turned off - where is this setting now by the way? It use to be in Settings > Users but I can't find it anymore
