Cutomize Create Group and Events fields

Hi, I am using create group and create events, as separate menu in joomla. When i am creating event or group, it shows too many fields, some of them are not required for me at all. Can you please help how can i customize or remove the fields.

For example, in case of event creation - there are event details, event configurations, feature, personalize events. I want to remove some fields like (enable audio, enable albums, enable announcements, enable files, enable audio) from the event creation form. Will i be able for fix the configuration in global mode, which can be same of all events and user dont need to select the details, while creating any event.

Same customization is required for groups also.
