Custom module in the Avatar hoover floating window

Hi Team, is it possible to get inside your floating windows an custom module? I have created a custom module to open a one on one chat box that i placed on profile after action position. My goal here is that when we go with mouse over the avatar and then it displays the profile floating box, i could have the same custom module under you add as frind button.
Is this possible?
