Hi,
I am having an issue with Custom Fields I can't pinpoint. When I adjust certain properties and save them, they revert to their defaults after a certain period of time. As an example, if I change the name field to capture only First Name and Last Name, it will accept these changes, but at some point, it will revert to requiring First, Middle, Last. The same thing happens with the address field. If I choose to not require Address 2, it will accept the changes, but I'll get an e-mail from a prospective user a few days down the road where it's back to requiring it again.
Can you take a look?
