Cursor problem when creating new EasyBlog in Safari

I'm using the latest version of EasyBlog and the latest version of Safari 8.0.2. I'm trying to create a new post but the cursor position is having problems. If you look at the attached screenshot, you can see I've selected the entire line of text even though the visible text is longer. So if I tap at the end of the line, the cursor appears at the end of the highlighted blue area. If I type while the curse is in the middle of the text, the new text appears at the end (after "thing").
