cronjob documentation does not give me the command for mailbox posting

I want to configure Mailbox posting but the documentation does not give me the command I need.

I understand cron jobs but the documentation does not giver me the actuall command.

Please can you give me that here, the recommend times it should be run and add this to deocumention. (you should check for the email sending crons for komento and easybog and put it in the admin page of easyblog. )
