creating a new group in easy so, if I click save and copy, then the page get stuck and never reload

When creating a new group in easy so, if I click save and copy, then the page get stuck and never reload, Although it does appear to save and create a new one , To see this I have to stop the browser which is trying to load and go back and then I can see that in fact it has done it.

Please fix!
