Creating a Changing Variable?

Hello!

I want to create some "defaults" on posts I create. For instance, I'd like to add static text at the end of all my posts "please use the comment form to let us know what you think". I would like to call this text into a post because down the road, I may want to change the text and would want to update the text once so it updates everywhere - across all posts. Is this something I can achieve?

I think it sounds more like a Joomla feature but any help with how I can achieve this would be very grateful.

EDIT: Here is exactly what I was looking for. I guess would be nice for EZ Blog to do something like this down the road :)
