Create use Page based on predefined template

Hello,

I'm trying to activate the Pages feature but I need assistance to find the relevant doc.

We want to enable Page for each user - professional page.

I created a page category.
I created a page template - business profile.

Each user has to be able to create its own page, based on that template.

Please, could you guide me?
