"Copy Custom Fields" within a workflow

It should be possible to copy custom fields within a workflow.

Especially when you for example have created Checkbox or Dropdown fields with a lot of choices (items), it is unreasonable or not timely to have to create all these entries again and again manually for each fields with exact the same content.

Example:
In a user workflow, users can enter their previous employment relationships.
Depending on the number of previous employers, it may be necessary to select the "branch of the employer" (70 different entries) several times. Correspondingly often this field would have to be created with always the same items/ choises.

- this feature should not be too difficult to install
- the feature would help many users with the configuration
- this would greatly simplify the configuration of EasySocial

I would be glad if this is implemented within the next updates.
