I assume this is probably just an oversight but when you click on a user (that you haven't chatted with yet via Conversekit) there is no real navigation in the chat window (see attached). Since the user avatar/name is not linked/clickable and there is no < back button, you are forced to "X" close the entire chat box..
A back button and/or clickable user avatar would solve this problem
