Hello,
I posted a previous ticket https://stackideas.com/forums/conversekit-display-email-adress-instead-of-realname but finally it was closed because not able to replicate the error. Now, I see something new: take a look to attached picture "superuser.jpg", when I am logged as superuser and open an existing discussion, the recipient Real Name is displayed. But when I am logged as "normal user", and I click to the same contact for create a new conversation, you can see with attached picture "normaluser.jpg" that the user-email-adress is displayed instead of user-real-name.
Do you know why ?
