I think allowing the admin to choose the default tab on Conversekit is a good thing 
- The only problem, I see, is that if your default tab is "contacts" and you have messages waiting, while the window is closed (indicated by the red number) - maybe that should always open as "chats"? or have the Red Number show inside the Conversekit window as well?
so, default is X unless conversations are waiting then "chats" - make sense?
Otherwise I don't think it's intuitive enough for users...
