Contact form for Easysocial and easyblog

Hi Guys,

Is there a feature that allowme to add a contact form in the user blogs, in order to helpthem to generates data bases with visitors interested in their services?

I don´t know if for example the suscription module can be adapted to this, and have the posibility to add fields like a phone number, address, cuty, etc.
