Consistence usage from "Categories" vs. "category"

Can we use a consistence naming from the Categories? You are jumping between Categories and Category (see screenshot). Our users do not like that and report that as bug (they see "3 category" isn´t what they would like to read) ;-)

P.S.
I know I can use an overwrite, however I would prefer to get that fixed in the original source, so that it is fixed for the future as well as I have so many translation issues, my overwrite would be to complex.
