Hello,
Forgive me if this is an easy question, I am not a web programmer. I have SobiPro and EasySocial running on my site. When users use the Contact form on an individual listing in SobiPro (i.e.classified ad) I would like to CC a copy to the recipients Easy Social messages. It looks like I need an input in the contact form such as {message.name}. Does anyone know what the "code" would be to insert the easy social users name?
To clarify
Person clicks contact button in sobipro listing--> message is sent to listing author's email-->CC of message is sent to listing owner's easysocial conversations inbox. I can set up the CC if I know what code or label (sorry if not the correct terms) easy social uses for conversations. I hope this is possible.
Other info: I am using easysocial as the profiles of registered users on my site. I also have XTDIR for SobiPro/Easysocial running to connect the two extensions. Everything is latest version.
