Component too slow on localhost

Hello, I installed the component localhost to the pt-BR language review. The component becomes very slow on localhost, or by clicking any item in the panel, it takes too long to access the item. Is there anything I can do to improve performance on localhost? Below is the configuration I use:

Wampserver version 2.5
Apache version 2.4.9
PHP version 5.5.12
MySQL version 5.6.17
Joomla versions 2.4.8 and 3.5 RC
