Comments fail to refresh

Hi,
I am seeing an issue you have in forums but all solutions are "let us fix it"; basically when a user posts a comment the page does not refresh causing them to submit multiple times. Looks like maybe some AJAX issue? Here is stuff from Chrome Java Console:
