When someone type some comment , could be easier ? ; for example: only Name , e-mail and Captcha without User Name and webpage , below ?

Suscription box for Easyblog:

Exist a plug-in will allow me to design a joomla module for the visitor only puts his Name and E-mail in a Box ?
