Comment was transformed to one “Guest” word

Hello. Not sure that it’s possible easy to replicate, but you can check problem’s result there:
1) user ЗЛЫДЕНЬ added linked video there: https://crimson-land.ru/videos/25587-tolko-shchepki-poleteli
2) user Мясник posted comment to it:

@ЗЛЫДЕНЬ,Если рассмотреть что произошла утечка из баллона: кислород газ без цвета и запаха, мужик сел в салон не почувствовав (как бензин), повернул ключ в зажигании, искра взорвала накопившейся кислород, затем (доли секунды) рванули сами баллоны с кислородом и бензин в баке. Вот в это я верю. А то что сварщика 65 лет, водителя отечественного Ларгуса пытались взорвать взрывчаткой, не очень.

3) user ЗЛЫДЕНЬ get notification about comment. It display OK.
4) user ЗЛЫДЕНЬ didn’t get notification about tagging (but it diesn’t matter for me). Seems tagging @ gone wrong.
5) user ЗЛЫДЕНЬ navigates to video to read comment.
Result 1: comment display only one word “Гость” as link or tagged user (it means “Guest”). This link doesn’t opens and don’t display popup normally.

6) try to edit this strange comment.
Result 2: While editing form display normal comment.

I didn’t reSaved comment, so you can test with it. Maybe after save comment, it will display normal instead of “Guest”.
