Colour of Docker on es Mobile Template

Hi SI Team

I know that I managed to do this before.
Either I have forgotten how or there is a bug.

I wan to change the colour of the docker on mobile view so that it has the same colour as on the desktop.

I have found the setting for the docker and the selected color.

Toolbar Background Colour: #153e27
Toolbar Font Color: #2bb673

Works on the desktop.
But not in mobiles.

Am I missing something
