Color Change

Good day,
I was hoping you could tell me how to make what I hope is a simple graphical change to my "Membership" subscriptions page. My site background is the same color, or so close to the same color, as some of your text, you can't see the text that appears to read it. I would like to change the background color on your format from white to black, as indicated in my screen shot. If you can do this for me it would be even better, but if you can't do it for me, can you tell me how to do it myself please.
