Clicking on posts on frontpage leads to 404 page, although the posts are shown to exist in backend.

Finally my site is alive again after upgradation.

Issue:
There are only two posts that I have come across in my website that when I Click on these two posts on frontpage, they lead to 404 page, although the posts are shown to exist in backend.

These two are the top posts on Unanswered Filter:
Title of posts are:

1. Refusing to relieve for deputation
2. Relieving for deputation


Interestingly these two posts are from the same user.
