Clarification on future of private messaging in EasyDiscuss

Hello...

Can I get some clarification from the team on whether or not the 'private messaging' capability in EasyDiscuss will stay in EasyDiscuss? I am hoping for some assurance that it will!

I found this thread... https://stackideas.com/forums/private-messages which talks about it - but I wanted to get the latest, as the back-end still says the discussion functionality will be deprecated.

For me it's a vital feature that keeps me with EasyDiscuss. I understand EasySocial can provide it, but I don't need the full powers of EasySocial on my EasyDiscuss website.
