Can you please clarify/explain some komento/es questions please?
In administration panel, komento > activities > easysocial, there are settings for integrating komento with easysocial. I have attached a screenshot of my current settings.
Please can you explain the red text above Easysocial Sync?
What does "Take note that if sync is enabled, replies won't be posted to EasySocial" mean exactly? Surely if sync is enabled it's because we want to sync the comments to the EasySocial stream and vice versa - isn't that the point of the sync feature? Why does it say replies won't be posted to EasySocial?
Then it goes on to say "This feature works best if threaded level is set to 1".
Can you please explain exactly what I can expect from komento/easysocial integration because it's just not working how I expected it to work.
At the moment, with the settings in that screenshot and thread level set to 5 (I set it to 5 because changing it to 1 as recommended "This feature works best if threaded level is set to 1", doesn't even work - no comments get synced) :
If I post a new comment in komento, it also adds a new story to the ES stream. Great, as expected.
If I then make a comment to that new ES story, the comment is also added to the original komento comment. Great, as expected.
If I then make another comment to that new ES story, the comment is NOT added to the original komento comment.
If I reply to the original komento comment (by clicking the Reply button on the original comment) the new comment is NOT synced to ES.
So, from my tests today it seems that only the first reply made in Easysocial actually gets synced, but replies in komento are not synced at all. Can you please let me know if I have something wrong with my settings or if there is some problem with the syncing feature?

Comment stream posting has to be enabled for sync to work. This feature syncs comments and likes between Komento and EasySocial stream post.
Take note that if sync is enabled, replies won't be posted to EasySocial. This feature works best if threaded level is set to 2
