Chinese language for EasySocial

I have one question about the Chinese (China) language for Easy Social. I remember that previous versions of ES had the Chinese language in some percentage of completion. But the version 2.1.9 has the Chinese language 0% of completion. Just I will need this for my project so would like to understand the situation. If you have any information about this I will be very appreciated.
