I copied the parameters for the Charm template to my live site following the instructions on this page:

The parameters all seem to have copied over correctly as all my parameters have been copied over when I open up the Charm - Default template on my live site and then open the Template Options. However, no matter how many times I try to save those parameters they are not saving. So, the colors that I have selected for the backgrounds of the various template rows are not correct. Also, the menu submenu background colors are not correct.
I am wondering if for some reason my template might not be compiling the changes when I hit the Save button?
I have only assigned the Charm template to the Discussions area (Talk menu item) so far to test it out before setting up all my design changes on this live site. http://httpsL..www.drcarney.com/talk
