Charm Default Content and News Feed

Hello,

I have two questions and one note.
Note: Change my sandbox URL from http://myfulfilled.esceety.com to http://fulfilled.esceety.com

Question:
1. How do I change the content of both CHARM_LOGIN_TITLE_DEFAULT and CHARM_LOGIN_SLOGAN_DEFAULT. See screenshots (image1 and Image2) in zip file attached.
2. On a fresh install of EasySocial using the Charm template, from the Community menu, when I scroll down, I see NEWS FEED and Recent Updates, how do I remove both (NEWS FEED and Recent Updates) if I don't want it on the Community Page. See screenshot (image2) in a zip file attached.
