Changing Profile Types doesn't change user's EasySocial Groups

Hello.

In backend in profile type it says:

Default Groups
This feature allows you to automatically assign users that signs up with this profile type to join the group automatically. Please remember to save the profile type once you have already assigned the groups.

But when in backend I change user's profile type, he doesn't join the group automatically.

User join the ES-group automatically only when register (it works for default profile type).
