Changing content processing to Joomla

Hi

I am having an issue with the using JCE as the default content editor. I have set it to be the default content editor but there is an issue which is causing the videos to not be responsive. To fix this i have installed the JCE suggested plugin but the problem is that this apparently only works with the default Joomla Content events handler, how can i change easy discuss to run on this default content events handler?

Apparently this is in the settings but i cant find it?
