Change the "EasySocial Users" module to just "users"

Hey guys, there is a couple of places in my website where the User Module is displayed (image1). I want to know how to change the name of the module to just "Users" (no offense but I want to keep it as much personal as I can! haha).

By the way, is there any place where I can adjust what users are displayed there? Now it is online users, but I would prefer a random offline users, just in case no one is online, or not enough people to fill the module size, and that can be discouraging for new users to join. Is it possible? where I should change that?
