Change icon when adding an attachment

I am wanting a much smaller icon for the icon that gets inserted when a attachment is added to a blog post... How can I accomplish this? Really I just want it to take up less space when adding an attachment of any kind maybe look more like this example see attachments at the bottom of this page:
