Change email of Broadcast announcements

I see the email template that i need to change for the broadcast messages. But what constant variable do I add so that the actual message of the broadcast is sent in the email?

Right now the email just says "...there is a broadcast message. Go to the site "

I want the email to display the announcement message and any links.
