Category view buttons and other blocks do not display correctly in a category view

When I insert a button or file etc in a post and I view the category page it seems as though the HTML is stripped out of the post, and I must view the individual post to view these objects correctly. In my site example. I have inserted a button in the category view I only see "button text" but if I view the post the button appears and works correctly. Is there a fi to make this button and other block items work in the category view?
