Category and User View level on the frontend

I installed easyarticles. In the frontend editor there are dropdown selectors for Category an for Joomla Access view level. I don't want these displayed on the frontend editor. I want this to be as simple as possible for article writers and they don't need to see or think about Categories or User Access Levels. How do I remove those dropdowns from the frontend?
