cant update with api key .. Expires on: 16th March 2015 Invoice: 56816882 api d58a82cb220674e888a8f892ed2e2873

It keeps saying our API key is not valid? What is the issue.. we get to 10% of the upgrade and it errors and stops.
We just updated to the latest 2.5.19 version of Joomla.. is this update 2.5.19 compatable?

Thanks for the help with this upgrade.. is there a vunerability? Or was this update for function?
