I tried to install payplan several times and keep getting error

just to be clear new payplan that needs to be installed in
http://trendcouncil.com/web directory where there is already a latest Joomla site running. to login to admin area you will have to use this URL http://trendcouncil.com/web/administrator/index.php?trend
