Cannot see Poll Results unless you vote Yourself

Users (or poll creator) cannot see a poll results unless they vote themselves.
I know sometimes this is done on purpose so that people are encouraged to vote, but this usually is an option in poll systems... and not by default! And not for poll creator

You can easily reproduce this issue on your demo site.
