Cannot Get Team Blog Working

I've set up a Team Blog. I've done two test posts into that Team Blog. I've made it visible only to registered users because it's a test only. I've published the two test posts and they show up under "Blog Entries" as posted in the team blog I set up.

But ...

When I log in to the front end of the blog and go to Team Blogs, it tells me "Sorry, but there are no team blogs created on the site yet."
