Click any of the fields you normally would to change the name. Notice how the popbox suddenly opens up for that photo.
This makes it so that I cannot edit the photo title. 
I actually saw this issue in ES 1.2.11, but figured it had to do with the broken layout. Anyways the same issue happens for the description too.
