Cannot Delete Voices or Comments

When I create a voice page, I cannot remove it. Same goes for my own comments. Here's an example of a voice page that I cannot remove: http://stackideas.com/voices/easysocial/item/1023

I'd also like to point out that it gives me the option to delete other people's comments on any voice page! You can see this here:



A standard user should not be able to delete other people's comments.
