Can you tell me where the red ribbons are coming from on my Grid Layout page?

I just discovered new red ribbons on some of the images on this page: https://www.drcarney.com/gems

I am wondering where they are coming from and what settings put them there.

I am using the Grid layout from the new EasyBlog 5.1.
