Can't upload video MP4 (mp4 no problem)

Hello. If try to upload video with ***.MP4 system say:
Please upload a valid video file.

If rename the same file to ***.mp4 it works fine.

The same problem with MOV.

I tested it with dew files in group (uploaded video with timeline) on safari.
