Hello.
1) User1 post story item (or other content)
2) User2 post comment for this item
3) User3 and User2 are not friends
4) User3 try to use @User2 (non friend) to ask User2 about something
Result: system say “No found”
Expected result: If User2 posted comment, so User3 can join conversation and tag User2.
It worked this way in Jomsocial, so members reports that it’s a bug

All users are regular registered users (not super users).
