Can't see modify

Hi,
I don't know why but my easyblog don't make the modification, for example I configurate my sharethis account on easyblog and on Post option, under layout section, I config the bookmark option with Share this. I delete the cache of Joomla, Easyblog, Browser but the motificantion doesn't appeared.

I try to chenge other parameters but nothing happened. Why?
