Can't post Questions, Strict Standards issue

Trying to post questions on a newly updated (Version: 3.2.9422) and launched website.

When you post a question, you are immediatly brought to a white page. Turning on Error Reporting shows the following errors. The post shows up in moderation queue even though there is no messages or anything.
