I'm trying to install the easyblog_artio_joomsef_extension_251.zip plugin but Joomla just keeps giving me:

JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
Error
Unable to find install package
Need EasyBlog and JoomSEF to play nice together.
* I should add that without a plugin, unless I completely disable SEF all EasyBlog pages just go to a 404.
